Placed order, open box at home. Wrong item, Harpo's will not exchange for correct item or give refund. Very rude employees and owner. They are not knowledgeable much about their products nor do they care about customer's.
Great people, very knowledgeable, good prices
Good selection, decent pricing and a helpful staff. But lose alot of business because they are closed half a day Saturday and closed Sunday. Most people work during the week, and work on projects during the weekend. But since they are closed you have to go to Lowes. Just a loss in sales for them. And most of the time I go to Lowes just in case I get the wrong item so I can return it. Otherwise I would have to wait until Monday.
