I'm sitting at home and get a text alert that a notice was left in my box for parcel delivery. There's two of us home, truck in the driveway, and four dogs who stay attuned to what's on the porches. Why didn't your carrier knock on the door? We never even heard a horn blow which is her usual MO....I've been calling both you guys directly and the 800 number to set up a redelivery, which is incredibly stupid in my opinion as today is my only day home this week, best chance of catching me was today and for some reason you didn't even try...no one answers at the local level and the 800 number wants information you guys didn't leave on the card. So now I have to use my only day off coming in to pick up my package because nobody even attempted to see if anyone was home. Thanks so much!!
